We happily deliver to the continental U.S. (excludes Alaska, Hawaii & territories).
How It Works
All orders are shipped from our California or New Jersey warehouses via FedEx.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the size and weight of your order (in line with standard FedEx dimensional pricing) to ensure safe and efficient delivery.
Delivery times vary by location, typically within 3–8 business days.
Economy Shipping Rates
- Small Packages: $9.95
- Standard Packages: $19.95
- Large or Oversized Packages: $29.95–$39.95
Despite recent fuel cost increases, we remain committed to keeping our shipping rates stable and have not raised prices.
Return Timeframe
You’ve got 30 days to request a return—no stress! Just ensure items are:
- Unused and in original condition
- Packed in intact original packaging (no tears or labels)
- With all tags, manuals, and accessories
Non-Returnable Items:
- Clearance/final sale gems
- Bundled sets with missing pieces
How Returns Work
Reach out within 30 days at support@pjcollection.store with the reason and photos of the product in its original condition.
Once we confirm the return, we'll send you our return address for you to ship it back.

We do not provide return labels for customer returns or exchanges.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made a mistake (We'll fix it!).
Damaged or Wrong Item?
Tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item + packaging. We’ll fix it FAST—replacement or full refund (including original shipping fee!).
Missing Parts?
Report within 7 days with photos/video. We’ll rush missing pieces to you—free of charge!
Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to:
- Deny returns/refunds for suspicious activity (e.g., repeated claims, pattern returns).
- Refuse service to customers abusing this policy.
Returns with missing parts or signs of use will incur deductions up to 50% of item value.
